The Navigate Workbook

What you are purchasing

Navigate is a digital PDF workbook. Upon purchase, you will receive a downloadable file. This is a digital product, no physical item will be shipped.

Licence to use

When you purchase Navigate, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the workbook for your own private use. You may print it for your own use, share sections with your medical team as part of your own healthcare, and complete it in the way that works for you.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, resell, or redistribute the workbook in any form

  • Share the file with others (each user requires their own purchase)

  • Use any portion of the workbook's content in commercial materials without written permission

  • Claim any part of the workbook as your own work

Refund policy

Because Navigate is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are not available for change of mind.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading the file, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly, including a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product has a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Consultations

What a consultation is

Consultations with Sonya Lovell are one-on-one sessions designed to help you understand your situation, prepare for medical appointments, and identify your next steps. They are a form of specialist peer support and education, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Booking and payment

Consultations are booked through Calendly and payment is completed at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellation and rescheduling

  • More than 48 hours before your session: You may cancel or reschedule at no charge via your Calendly confirmation link.

  • Within 48 hours of your session: Cancellations within this window are not eligible for a refund. You may request a reschedule once, at Sonya's discretion.

  • No-shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not contacted us in advance, the full fee is forfeited.

  • If Sonya needs to cancel: You will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full reschedule or refund.

Session recordings

Sessions are not routinely recorded. If you wish to record a session for your own personal use, please request permission at the start of the session. Recordings may not be shared publicly or used commercially.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, workbook content, quiz content, email content, podcast episodes, and the Menopause After Cancer brand identity, is owned by Sonya Lovell and protected by copyright.

You may share links to this website and reference content with appropriate attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Sonya Lovell is not liable for:

  • Any decisions you make about your medical care based on information provided on this website or in any product

  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of this website or its products
