Menopause After Cancer Support

If you’re navigating menopause after cancer, or newly diagnosed, and feeling unsure what to do next, this is for you.

You don’t need to have everything figured out, just a willingness to take the next step.

What a 1:1 clarity session is for:

This 1:1 session is designed to help you:

  • understand what’s happening in your body

  • prepare for medical appointments and know what to ask

  • talk through symptoms, concerns, or decisions

  • feel more confident advocating for yourself

  • explore practical ways to manage daily impacts

We can also focus on supporting your quality of life through nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress, in a way that feels realistic and sustainable for you.

I draw on my lived experience, professional cancer coaching and menopause training, 15 years in fitness and health coaching, and advocacy to support you through menopause after cancer in a way that feels informed, grounded, and human.

What to expect:

This is a calm, supportive conversation, not a clinical consultation.

You’ll have space to ask questions, talk things through, and begin to make sense of what’s happening, with guidance that is grounded, informed, and tailored to you.

Important to know:

This support complements your medical care.

I don’t diagnose or prescribe. I help you understand what’s happening, prepare for conversations with your healthcare team, advocate for yourself, and manage day-to-day impacts through nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress.
