MACS Ask The Expert

Free online workshops. Real answers. The knowledge you should have been given.

Every workshop in this series brings a leading expert into conversation with the women who need them most, women navigating menopause after cancer, and not getting enough answers from their medical team.

Each session runs for 30 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of live Q&A where you ask the questions. They're free to attend live. Recordings sent to everyone who registers.

UPCOMING WORKSHOPS

Why Does Everything Hurt? A physio explains what's happening in your body after cancer.

Monday 25 May 2026 · 7:30pm AEST · 45 minutes · Free · Online via Zoom

With physiotherapist Kath Tsebelis, Women's Health specialist with over 35 years of experience, and Director of Physiomoves.

Joint pain, stiffness, fatigue and bones that feel fragile. Cancer treatment and menopause do things to your body that nobody sat down and explained. This workshop is that conversation.

WHY THIS EXISTS

The information exists. Women just aren't being given it.

That's the short version. The longer one: I spent years talking to women in this community who were managing joint pain, exhaustion, and physical changes their doctors didn't have time to explain, and feeling like their body had turned against them overnight. Nobody told them why. Nobody told them what they could actually do.

So I started asking experts I trusted to come and explain it themselves. Directly to the women who need it. For free.

That's what Ask The Expert is.
